Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This 24-hour/week role, spread over four days, delivers skilled physical therapy to patients in the home setting under a physician's plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Administer skilled care to clients under physician orders and plan of care, under supervision of the Branch Director.
