Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients at home, improving mobility and daily living activities. You will work within balance and fall prevention programs and other specialty initiatives to maximize function.

Candidates must hold an active PT license in the state, with preferred 1 year of clinical experience and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time role involving travel to patient homes within Kansas.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, self-care and daily living skills.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee, Total Shoulder) in treatment.
