Job summary

The position requires a PT license, CPR/BLS certification, a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, and a willingness to work within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Active licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year PT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
