Deaconess Home Health in Jasper, IN is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a part-time basis, three days per week, 8-hour day shifts.
The incumbent will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with families and caregivers to promote recovery and functional movement in the home setting. Mileage reimbursement is provided and there are no after-hours on-call requirements.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join Deaconess Home Health team. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and improved quality of life.
