Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain strength and independence in daily living activities.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in PT, current state license, valid driver’s license, CPR, TB screen, hepatitis declination, and at least two years in acute or rehab settings; home health experience preferred. Benefits and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination required.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Prior home health experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health physical therapy to patients in their homes.
• Help patients regain strength and independence to perform daily living activities.
