Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and improve daily living activities. You will work within a caring, family-focused culture that values balance, flexible scheduling, and supportive teammates, delivering high-quality care with compassion.

As a licensed PT with 2+ years in acute or rehab settings, you’ll assess, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with families and other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State Physical Therapy license and CPR are required.
• Two years of PT experience in acute care or rehab settings.
• Valid driver’s license; Hepatitis consent/declination may be required.
