Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain strength and independence for daily living activities. You will work with a supportive, family-focused culture and flexible scheduling in a on-road setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation.
