Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Ability to work independently in home health.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat geriatric patients in home settings.

• Maintain clinical autonomy over evaluations and treatment plans.
