Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid license from the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Develop measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Document services thoroughly for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides in direct patient care as applicable per state act
