Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New grads may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to improve independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family as applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides in patient care as required by state practice act.
