Adoration Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Georgia. You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one patient care across multiple GA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in physical therapy; hospice/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and develop treatment plans per physician orders.
• Provide 1:1 patient care to advance independence and function.
• Coordinate with care team and document services for accurate billing.
• Supervise PTAs/Aides where applicable per state guidelines.
