Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Vermont is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to help clients regain independence at home. This role offers a new-grad program with mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on support, plus flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You’ll perform mobility and gait assessments, develop patient-specific treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and document care using an EMR system. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• New-grad program with structured mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on support.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).
• Clinical teamwork and ability to follow evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
