BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to build meaningful, at-home patient relationships and grow with a supportive team. New-grad PTs receive structured mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on support to set up for success.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and weekly pay. You’ll work in a mission-driven, pediatricor adult-care home health setting that values learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system
