We value patient-centered care, clear communication, and teamwork. A Texas license, professional liability insurance, and experience in home health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for Texas PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.

• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls.
