Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in Senior Living Communities.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility, balance, and gait.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independence.
• Document observations and interventions accurately using a tablet.
