Amedisys Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support patients in their homes. You will provide interventions to improve movement and function, reexamine monthly, and adjust plans to meet patient goals while maintaining high standards of care.

The role requires an active PT license in the appropriate state, CAPTE-accredited training, and CPR; prior home health experience is valued. Flexible scheduling and supportive benefits enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program per CAPTE.
• One year of home health PT experience preferred; approval from regional leaders if less than one year.

Responsabilités

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, perform reexaminations every 30 days, adjust plans as needed, discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
