Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-on-one home health visits throughout Monmouth, Somerset, and Union Counties, NJ. You will assess, treat, and educate adults and seniors in their homes, promoting safe mobility and independence.
The role offers flexible Full-Time or Per Diem opportunities with competitive per-visit compensation, mileage reimbursement, and weekly pay.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
- Minimum of one year of recent Physical Therapist experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by APTA or equivalent.
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PT services to adults and geriatric patients in patients' homes.
- Complete comprehensive evaluations including ROM, strength, balance, transfers, and home safety assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize function and independence.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and wound prevention and healing interventions.
