Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Orlando is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for flexible, in-home care across Winter Garden and West Orange County. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care with autonomy and a negotiable compensation package based on experience.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide exercises, educate families, and collaborate with physicians while supervising PTAs. Flexible schedule includes Modified full-time options and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized home therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and families on safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams.
• Supervise PTAs and complete documentation with EMR.
• Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling support.
