Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-to-one care in patients' homes across Ocala/Marion County. • Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise PTAs and complete documentation using streamlined technology.
• Health insurance starts after 30 days; PTO accrues from day one.
