Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver one-on-one in-home care in the Ocoee/Orange County, FL area. You’ll manage a flexible daily schedule, avoid hospital shifts, and work with AI-assisted charting to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida PTA license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
