Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will perform evaluations, establish treatment plans, and provide patient-centered care with opportunities for growth and training.

The role requires a graduate from a CAPTE-approved program and current licensure, with at least two years of experience, ideally in home health. We offer a flexible work schedule and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Education program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy, preferably in home health.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patients and families.
• Document services provided to ensure proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
