Adoration Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for home health in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will evaluate and treat patients in a 1:1 setting, establish measurable goals, and coordinate care with physicians and families. The role emphasizes independence with team support and flexible growth opportunities within a growing company.

New graduates welcome; on-the-job training provided. Office location is Upper Marlboro with Montgomery and PG County coverage, full-time, Monday–Friday scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist education program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and procure adaptive equipment.
• Establish goals and treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT Aides per state act.
