Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist for a Full-Time role in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform evaluations and treatments, and collaborate with families and the care team to support independence and safety in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State.
• American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Two years of adult physical therapy experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides per state practice act.
