Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver 1:1 patient care in Upper Marlboro, MD. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-site visits in Montgomery County.

You'll receive on-the-job training and growth opportunities in a supportive team, with new grads welcome. Licensure and CPR required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT licensure in state and CPR certification required; CPR may be offered upon hire.
• Two years of adult PT/home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans toward independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT Aides as applicable.
