Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our Ashland, AL team. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care in a home health setting with a standard M-F 8am-5pm schedule.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth as you serve patients in Clay, Cleburne, Randolph, and Tallapoosa counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of PT experience; community/hospice experience preferred.
• Valid license in the state of practice and CPR certification.
• New grads may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment of patients per physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient and family as applicable.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides in direct patient care and related activities.
