Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist in Waycross, GA. You will provide patient-centered PT services in home settings, evaluating needs, developing plans, and coordinating with families and physicians.

The role offers 1:1 patient care, independence with team support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing home health organization. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in the Waycross area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets.
• At least 2 years of PT experience preferred (community/hospice a plus).
• Active license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Set measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain clear communication with the care team, patient and family.
• Document services for proper billing in a timely manner.
• Supervise PTAs and PT aides as allowed by state practice act.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

New physical therapy graduates may be considered

At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist

Valid license in the state of practice

Current CPR certification
