Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
• Community/hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment based upon physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides during patient care.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy

Valid license from the state of practice

Current CPR certification
