Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This role offers 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will assess patients at home, develop care plans, administer medications and treatments, and educate families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• At least 1 year of nursing practice; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and car insurance per Adoration policy
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
