Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• 6+ months experience as a PTA is preferred.
• Able and willing to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy and policies to ensure quality of care.
• Performs direct physical therapy services per Plan of Care.
• Follows Plan of Care as established by the Physical Therapist and reports changes.
• Instructs patients and families in therapy home programs and use of assistive devices.
• Maintains safety and adherence to state practice act guidelines.
