Qualifications

• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area (up to 50%).
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the care philosophy, mission and policies to ensure quality of care.
• Performs direct physical therapy services under supervision to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Follows Plan of Care as established by the Physical Therapist and reports changes promptly.
• Adheres to state practice guidelines and ensures safe use of devices and therapy home program.
• Instructs patients and families in appropriate use of assistive devices and home programs.
