Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team in Indiana. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, function, and independence in their own homes.

We value compassionate caregivers, with a PTA license and at least 6 months of experience. You will travel between patient homes, demonstrating techniques, and supporting families in continuing progress with safe, effective

Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted PTA license for the state
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• 6+ months PTA experience preferred
• Ability to travel between patient homes

Responsabilidades

• Provide PT services per the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence.
• Monitor progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs.
• Instruct on safe use of assistive devices.
• Deliver therapy per physician orders and state guidelines
