Job summary

Providence Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled physical therapy to patients across Molalla, Mulino, Colton, Woodburn and other assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Oregon PTA License required upon hire.
