Job summary

Providence Benedictine Nursing Center is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant for home health coverage in Molalla, Mulino, Colton, Woodburn and surrounding areas. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy tailored to each patient’s needs, aiming to maximize independence and functional level.

Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Oregon PTA license at hire, and AHA BLS certification at hire.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
