Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (CAPTE-accredited) required.
• Licensed PTA in Oregon; temporary permit allowed for up to 3 months.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed physical therapist, provide skilled PT services and education.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and supervise therapy aides and PTA students.
• Contribute to development of new services and quality improvement activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and caregiver education sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
