Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Prior experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Experience in acute, long term care and/or outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering direct and indirect physical therapy interventions.
• Follow the patient’s individualized treatment plan and state guidelines.
• Report to Home Health Director and work with interdisciplinary team.
