Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapy licensure is required.
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or have a certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Previous experience in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy as prescribed by a licensed physician or NP/PA.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and the home health team.
• Guide patients with tailored treatment strategies to improve mobility and independence.
