PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Home Health services in Sumter/Claredon/Williamsburg. The role provides physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes under supervision of a physical therapist.

This full-time position features a new pay-per-point compensation model, top-market pay for visits requiring greater effort, and opportunities for career growth within our Home Health team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist Assistant entry level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

Responsabilités

• Assist with development and implementation of the plan of care within defined goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and physician to manage the patient care plan.
• Demonstrate competency in home care physical therapy skills and related patient care.
• Meet agency productivity standards and use time/resources efficiently.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately at the point of care.
