HealthFlex is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support therapists delivering compassionate, at-home care across the Bay Area. You will assist patients with prescribed exercises, treatments, and monitor progress to promote mobility and independence in the comfort of their home environment.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license required and current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in delivering home-based care.
• Administer exercises and treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Help patients regain mobility within the home setting.
