Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health Services is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support Physical Therapists in delivering personalized care to patients in their homes. You will assist with exercises and treatments, monitor progress, and help patients improve mobility and regain independence within a home setting.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, a clustered territory to minimize travel, and access to an ongoing training program to develop skills and deliver industry-leading

Qualifications

• CA PTA license is required and must be active
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience in home health or similar setting preferred
• Current AHA CPR certification is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in delivering home-based patient care.
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises and treatments and monitor progress.
• Help patients regain mobility and independence within the home environment.
