Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support therapists with patient care in home settings across the Bay Area and Central Valley. You will assist with prescribed exercises, treatments, and monitor patient progress to promote independence at home.

The role requires a CA PTA license, 1 year PTA experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license required in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in delivering personalized home-based care.
• Assist patients with exercises and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the PT.

Education

Current and unrestricted CA PTA License

1 year PTA experience

Current AHA CPR certification

Valid Driver's License
