Job summary

PeaceHealth Sacred Hearts Home Health team in Springfield, OR, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range is $31.60 – $47.40 per hour, with compensation dependent on education, training, and experience.

The PTA will provide skilled therapy in the patient’s home environment, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise therapy aides and students as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy services to patients and education to patients and caregivers.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely per regulatory and licensure requirements.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care and coordinates with nursing and therapy staff.
