Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Washington state PTA license required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the physical therapy plan of care toward patient goals under a licensed PT.
• Provide treatment to restore function and prevent disability.
• Supervise and mentor therapy aides and PTA students as applicable.
• Complete accurate documentation within regulatory standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuous patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
