Activa Home Health in Broward County, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled PTA services in patients' homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You’ll support patients to regain mobility, independence, and confidence, tailoring care to individual needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida PTA license, an accredited PTA program degree, and CPR certification, with reliable transportation to reach patients across the service area.

Qualifications

• PTA license in Florida is required.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services in patients' homes under a Physical Therapist's supervision.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Implement personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a care team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
