Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia to join our team delivering high-quality home-based care. As a PT, you will assess and treat patients with mobility challenges and work toward improved function and independence in daily living.

You will utilize specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement pathways to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence in daily living.
• Utilize Specialty Programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement) to guide treatment.
