Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Virginia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess patients with mobility challenges and develop treatment plans using physical modalities to restore function and independence in daily living.

Work within Enhabit’s specialty programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention and Total Hip/Knee programs, to improve patient outcomes. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills
• Utilize Enhabit specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee replacements, etc.) to treat patients
