Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and daily living.
• Utilize specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Joint Replacement programs.
• Apply physical modalities to support rehabilitation and independence.
