Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Austin, TX to perform assessments, design and supervise individualized therapeutic plans, and coordinate care with the Rehab Director. The role involves home visits and close collaboration with patients and families to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the APTA or equivalent awarding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Current Texas license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of the patient’s level of function.
• Plans, implements, and supervises individualized therapeutic programs to restore function.
• Coordinates with Rehab Director to integrate the plan of care.
• Instructs patients and families in exercises and precautions.
• Documents patient progress and maintains records.
• Participates in patient case conferences to coordinate care.
