Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and self-care.
• Provide skilled care under physician orders and plan of care.
• Collaborate with family and health care team under Branch Director supervision.
