Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

$10,000 Bonus.

Employee Type: Full Time 40 Hour per Week

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Home Health Care (1+ years)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (1+ years)
• Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (MI)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• At least 20% of your day will be spent driving to/from patient locations. Are you comfortable with this amount of road travel? (yes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have you worked for or applied to Mary Free bed anytime in the last 6 months? (no)
• Please provide PT license number (required.)

Skills and Responsibilities

• We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working. Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
