AccentCare in Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist, Home Health, for PRN coverage in Pampa. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care per agency policies.

Requirements include a CAPTE-accredited Master's degree in Physical Therapy, a minimum nine months’ PT experience, Texas license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel. Salary: $95,400–$116,000 annually, paid per point basis.

Formación

• Master's degree in physical therapy (CAPTE-accredited).
• Minimum nine months of PT experience.
• Community/home health experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the state of operation; CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care and documents treatment per physician orders and agency policy.
• Performs patient evaluations and selects diagnostic measures.
• Informs physicians of assessment results and interventions.
• Develops and documents treatment plans with priorities.
• Educates and counsels patients; communicates status to the team.
• Meets productivity standards and manages patient goals.
